Any luck with polls on your blog?

More and More I see polls showing up on people's blogs. Have you ever had a poll on your blog?

I just started doing weekly polls a little over a month ago, and I think they do well. They typically lend to discussion, so the poll posts usually get a lot of people to comment. Everyone likes a good poll :D

I've never done polls on my blog because frankly, I never actually vote in them. I'll respond to the question in a comment/post, but even in forums, I never actually click to put my tally in, heh. They seem to do well at some other places, but it's just not really relevant to my blog, nor do I have much interest in them.

I've never used polls on my blog because it would require a plug in that my host does not support. Grrr... Still, I always ask people to leave comments whether they agree or disagree with what I've written.

Your using Wordpress on both the blogs in your signature so I don't understand what you mean by a plug in that my host does not support. It's your site and you have WP, you can use any plugin you like!!

Polls are a great idea to use in your blog. I like responding to them in other peoples blogs.
