Default images are changing

The default images are ugly as sin. I'm in the process of changing those. Some I have done so far are:

oh and I also increased the # of images per post from 4 to 7

The new icons are nice, but the blue is hideous. Make the checkmarks red like the arrow and you'll be golden (that goes for the post reply, quote, etc icons on each page as well).

Yep. all in due time. All of those nasty ugly buttons will die. Hopefully they will all be in place over the next few days.

Actually, I like the blue. I'd go with a lighter hue though. As it is now, I constantly miss the red "subscribed" image as it is.

Thanks for the input Dan. I think you will see some blue, but the buttons are getting a complete overhaul as I just don't like the way they look no matter what color they are. Would be cool to be able to match the site better (the whole experiment thing) if I could.

To keep with the theme of the site... the following have now been changed

You may notice that there are more images changing. Slowly but surely getting there. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

You may need to do a hard-refresh to see them. Now i need to get some good smilies in here as well as some avatars.
