Looking for a couple of WP plugins

Just wondered if anyone knew of any plugins for WordPress that may do either of the following. Oh this is for static pages, not blog posts.

1. Be able to publish a Page and simply tick a box to control whether its displayed in the sidebar or not as opposed to the current method of using the include/exclude parameter in the wp_list_pages() function. It's just annoying having to update the file and reupload it with each new page (I use the include parameter as it's easier).

2. Be able to do a bulk edit on the page order of each page. At present if I have to add a new page in say at 5th position, I then have to edit each page further down the list to prevent clashing of positions.

Yes, this is more for WordPress as a CMS as opposed to blogging, but figured it was worth asking in case someone knew of any.

Thanks Sara, I've not actively searched yet. Just crossed my mind when, yet again I was working on a site where I could have done with it! I'll hunt through the plugin sites tonight.

I know it's an old post but just thought I'd mention that the plugin Ben found was pretty much perfect (well it could do better but it's fine for my needs!).

I've also just found a plugin that allows you to easily tick a checkbox either when creating a new page or in a mass edit page for excluding particular pages

Thanks for updating this Sarah. I'm glad we have a place of record for things like this as I may not need it now, but you never know when I will!
