Category Question

I want to have two seperate areas to post on. Category A and Category B. I don't want the posts from Category B to show up on Category A when the viewer enters the site. I want the viewer to click on Category B to see the Category B posts. I've done the edit and set to Category B thing. Can I completely seperate the Categories up? Link is in Signature.

I believe you will need to use category template pages, something like this:

If not let me know. If your wanting what I think your wanting it's just a case of editing your index.php and single.php template files.

I used a category excluder plugin and then added navigation to the excluded category.
