Take a look at my blog and let me know what you think... the design is a slightly modified version of OrangeScale Laila/Butterfly 1.0 by T. Arie Setiawan.

Overall I think it looks good. You've got your RSS feed prominently placed and your ads don't get in the way or take away from the experience.

May I ask, what is the goal of your site?

It is a little bit hard to determine the exact goal of your site, maybe the sub-title could emphasize that a bit?

I like the overall layout and the color scheme. The ads are placed well too. Good job.

I think it looks great. I would have to agree that I am not to sure what it is exactly about. Is it about a bunch of different things? I just assumed it was about some race you are going to do from the name and the picture up top.

I'm still uncertain what the goal of the site is exactly... it has kind of morphed from a personal diary blog (what I've been doing every day), to me writing more substantial articles about personal development...

I'm trying to focus it more on personal development/lifestyle/happiness side, but still keep that "personal" side to the whole site... which I plan to do in my writing.

We'll see how it goes.

Look fine, clean and simple.

my goldfries.com started off as a personal site too. It evolved into a niche blog. :)
