Ever since I first envisioned PenguinArmy I have wanted to start a non-profit side to it but have never had a clear idea of who this organization would be made up of until Blog Action Day was started and after that it just made sense. A non-profit organization made up of webmasters, bloggers,designers and anyone who works online. The internet is a huge tool and while I believe a blog action day is a good start "why limit it to only one day"?

This idea is just that right now, an idea, I have a slight idea about how to successfully launch a non-profit and what I would like this organization to accomplish but could really use any help or input you care to offer.
Note:If you go to penguinarmy.org, you will see stuff but most of it is outdated stuff from before I got activated. Im working on updating it.
