Real world / online contacts

How many of your online / blogging contacts do you also know in the real world?

And did you meet first online or in the real World?

I don't really know many of online contacts in the real world. I have known a couple of people who comment on my blog in real life before online, but only about three.

I don't know anyone in the real world. There are a few that I read and comment on for a few years that I would love to meet someday.

I know (in the real world) two bloggers whose blogs I read -- both are former colleagues.

depends on how you draw the line. A good number of the people that I converse with online I've met offline, usually through the various conferences. It's always nice to meet people face-to-face.

A couple of bloggers I read I also know offline and consider good friends, one of which I work with from time to time. All of them I met online first. No one I knew offline first does anything such as blogging (well not that I know of yet!).

I actually met my business partner online but we met face to face before we signed the agreement and have met several times since then. I plan on meeting a few other friends I've met online in the future if I can.

I do know several people from the offline world who blog (a couple are member's here as well).
