It's called Animoto, basically you can upload your own photos or find them on the web... upload your own music or choose form their library and make a music video :)

I was turned on to this a couple weeks ago through a site that's totally un-blog related and I love it. It's easy to use and even though it's kind of limited in length, totally serves a purpose and it's fun. :D
