Do you use any guest bloggers at all for any of the blogs you run? If so how did you go about finding them, and how often do you get them to post on your site?

I recently asked one of our member's to write a guest blog post here on TBE. I just asked and they said yes. I think it is better to try and know in advance who you would like (look at other bloggers/forums within your niche) as you should become familiar with their writing before even asking I think.
