Im new to blogging and I wanted to know the best way to drive traffic to ur blog...and if any one could go there and leave some comments that would be good too.

Well, I can give a tip for advertising on forums.

Don't try to advertise with your first, and possibly only, post. It doesn't work so well. ;)

Join in the forum first, and then you'll get some real clicks. :)

There are many ways to drive traffic to your blog, I would say it has to take a lot of time and patience for this. Since you claimed yourself as "new", try to work out some cool posts and impress your readers, then let it grow slowly.

I have some posts up, but how well any readers know it up? Right now I only told my friends and family, but how can I get some outside readers?

Get your posts into the blog search engines by way of pinging them every time you post. You're on blogspot so I'm guessing you'll be in Google's blog search pretty quick. Then it's just a case of continually writing posts with catchy titles and content that will make people return. Most people will find you at first via a blog search engine, but if your content is good enough they'll stay.

Also put your blog into your email and/or forum signatures so that it's there on every comment you make or every email you send.
