Adding video on wordpress

Guys, what do you think is the best plugin for adding a video and why? Me thinking of putting one but there are lots of plugins out there.

i use the viper video tag. its goooooood

I had a bad experience with that plugin because viper broke the editor. At least that's what happened to me.
My client decided to just use the code mode for the editor and youtube's html.
It seems to be working -- he's adding the content by himself at this point and it plays.
