I launched this site in conjunction to my country's 50th Independance Day. :)

I like the colors and all the little touches...orange half circle icon and the date icons. I also like how you split up the header with some quick info between the logo and the navigation. For my tastes the main column is just the tiniest bit too narrow but just the tiniest bit.So don't pay attention to what I just said :)

thank you! you're not the first one to comment it being narrow but believe it or not it's the illusion of narrowness by font, layout and shades. :D

it's actually around the width of WP's default content area. :)

btw i think i owe all of you some explanation.

Goals: Personal site. make friends. show gallery. so on so forth.
Design Goals: Experimenting with a different look, seems narrow but it isn't exactly narrow. I want to have a narrow site for once. :D

:) thought i'd try something different, thus the narrow feel. it's actually not that much more narrow compared to wordpress' default theme (kubrick i believe). i'm actually glad that see the experiment on color + shades turned out well.
