I have done a bit of tweaking on the site, the top picture is actually something I did myself.

I use it for photography, ranting, but mostly my thoughts on computers and programming.

I try to aim it at people with some of the same interests as me, generally nerdy kids through out the world.

So Check it out and tell me what you think!

Hi there.

An opinion: I can't tell what anything in your sidebar is suppose to be or mean. I don't know what that's an image of in the upper right, and I don't know what that formula means below your title.

But maybe I'm not your blog's target audience?

The code is actually a linux command to dump a database into an output. So yeah, might not be the exact target audience there. The picture is one of those candy hearts on a keyboard.

And what exactly didn't you understand about the sidebars, that might be fixable.

Oh this must have gotten lost in the pile! The first thing I see when I go to it are the personal ads which is pretty distracting... in fact I don't see much else. Is there a reason you went with those?

On the left I see all of these girls and their names and where they are from. Maybe its because I am in Belgium.

Most likely, because on the left I see text link ads.

Actually I use Adbrite. And sometimes you get banners and sometimes you get text ads. I haven't seen the personal ad one you are talking about though...

Ok Ive attached a screenshot. It really isn't a huge deal but i was wondering what kind of blog I was at when that was the first thing i saw :D

how about brighter and more attractive colors. :) would make the blog look more lively.

Personally I find those "Advertisers" very distracting. The font face and size is wrong, and they just clash with the rest of the site.....

Hmm, those do look really bad, I am going to dig around for something different. Because I have had them for a month and have only made around 40 cents. Also, the colors, I have no idea what else to use, thats the problem, the grey and black have just always been my kind of "colors"

Edit: Changed the ads and added some Kontera ads also.

If you like the colours, then don't worry too much about them. It is your blog after all. And content is the king.

Maybe introduce a little splash of colour somewhere?

What's wrong with the 'Advertisers' is that it looks completely out of place. Even if it were formatted to look like 'My Neighborhood' or 'My Blog Log'?

Thank you very much! Another suggestion I had from someone was to make sure my text link ads did not go into peoples comments. I got that fixed and now it seems to look really good!
