I know I personally have learned plenty from talking with everyone here and have even made changes to my blog because of some of the discussions here. Hopefully we are heading in the right direction and if you have any suggestions on where we can improve, just holler!

I only took down my blog's calendar because of a thread I read here, and I learned that I can use tables instead of CSS for design, without being invalid, even if it is improper.

I learned something else, too, something WAY more important, but I think I'll keep that one under my hat, a bit...

I have found a few plug ins and made some changes to my blog design based on stuff I read here. I cannot remember everything, I may learned even more. I think it is heading in the right direction.

I'm fairly new to blogging itself, so I've learned quite a bit here already.

Picked up on a few good plugins and various tips and tricks, but more importantly, how others do things. It is easy to get stuck in your own little world and oblivious to how others are doing things.

Oh, and how can I forget; I found Ben who was able to help me finally finish my redesign with his CSS skills :D

Oh only spam or bad posts get removed without warning. Some get moved to a better location though :)

I've learned tonnes, I finally got round to choosing my blog layout. I now know of a few helpful plugins to get me started too :)

I've found out about plug ins and received some honest feedback that I probably wouldn't have gotten on other, less specific forums. I'm sure that I have learned more than a few tips and tricks like Jeremy had mentioned.

Where should I start.... This is a super group of people and you have done a wonderful job in making it easy to talk about blogging.

What I have learned most here is about WP plugins... which to use and which not to use.
