Since blogs typically have so much content, if you mention one thing once, there is a chance it will come up in the SEs eventually. What are some interesting search terms your blog comes up for?

For ilovecode:
1. Sleeping Naked #8 in google
2. Sexy website #8 in google
3. php tutorial "authorize net" #2 in google (this was a post I made about stymiee's php authorize.net integration (http://www.merchant-account-services.org/article/authorize-net-php-integration) article.
4. bathroom signs #14 in google

I got in the top 10 for "cheap ipods" a few years back. It didn't last long because a few weeks/months later the free ipod site craze came in :(

That's the funny thing... I certainly haven't written about most of those things on my list...! Well, not directly.

Hawk's list get me to take a look at some of my stats, and found some interesting things

I rank pretty well for most phrases that include smarty templates.
Rank #2 for 'hamster mom' - this is Sara's fault.
Some other phrases:
ask me again in the morning
coffee stomachache
caffeine for kids in morning http://ilovecode.com/smilies/yahoo_dontknow.gif
how do you get 500 points on boomshine
cold case song just lay here
the scientist chasing cars same song
php louis armstrong random lyric - I'm not even sure I mentioned any of this anywhere

#3 on google for "mature" for a few days. I don't think anyone who clicked through got what they were looking for.

Writing a post about expressing the bladder of a large dog. It makes sense, sort of, in that respect, but it's played hell with my AdSense.

Figured i would share a couple of interesting ones that this community has received in the past two weeks:

"badboy cedric" and "cat greasy tail"

Oddly enough, we get a lot of hits on the search phrase "pink dolphin" and I've only ever written a single blog post containing those words - about the Indo-pacific Humpback dolphins in Hong Kong - and it was published a year and a half ago. I've never referenced or "deep linked" back to that post but almost every month, that's one of our top 10-15 search phrases.

My guess is that "pink dolphin" must have another, um probably sexual, connotation that I'm naively unaware of...

My #1 search (http://www.w3counter.com/stats/searches/4493/withse/20/0) is endless.com promotional code (http://www.google.com/search?q=endless.com+promotional+code). There are no promotional codes on my site.

I'm #1 for punbb seo. On an old blog post that has nothing to do with seo. I need to capitalize on this. Anyone wanna buy a link? :p
