Do you show the post author?

I am guilty of this. On one of my blogs I never showed the post author because I thought, well, I'm the only author. But I think it is important to show the post author as it lends to familiarity and adds to the branding.

I do, because for instance I'm leaving to the other state for vacation and i got some friends to guest blog for me. So i gotta let them know that I'm not the authors. :)

I do as well. I think I read on problogger or somewhere that it helps keep your site personal.

I'm similar to Cedric in that I don't always plan to be the only one posting so it can help distinguish who is blogging

It does help with branding aswell

I voted the Duh one, but I just added this to my latest theme and may not keep it around, as you say I will also be the only author so there just is not much point, but I will have to wait and see.

On a blog where I'm the only author, I don't see the point.
