How did you choose your domain?

ilovecode i bought because i thought itw as cool and I was going to turn it into an SIG, but two years after the fact i decided to turn it into a blog.

TheWanderingFamily is pretty self-explanatory.

Bah... at first my domain was MY NAME and shit happened back then so I made a harsh decision to buy GoodBoyGoneBad.com . Hehe, inspired by Rihanna and I know, A LOT of people are going to get that kind of name but I got it first so I'm like "HA HA! HA HA! HA HA!" . :P

I came up with epursuit.net (http://www.epursuit.net/blog/) after watching "The Pursuit of Happiness" on Netflix. The .com was taken but I was rather determined.

Other than that, I own about 30 domain names. I'm not really sure how or when. Serial Entrepreneurialism at it's finest.

Ok, maybe not. My domain name came after I had determined what I wanted to have a website about, and lucky for me, the most straightforward version of the domain was available.

One is my name and metalpedia is metal-encyclopedia abbreviated or whatever you call it when you combine parts of 2 words. I have a few other domains that are self explanatory.

Pretty self explanatory really. Random Jabber was originally going to be my blog where I talked about whatever. I haven't really talked about any personal stuff yet and the site is moving toward an internet entrepreneur / blogging / web publishing blog. :-)

Dede & I chose 2Dolphins (http://www.2dolphins.com/) for our domain name as a result of our search for a catchy, interesting, unique, and easy-to-remember site name. I was kinda inspired by the Tucows.com (http://www.tucows.com/) software download site's name. But even moreso, we thought the name symbolized our mutual love of dolphins, beaches, and all things aquatic. And Dede says I swim like a fish!

Trivial side note: The 2Dolphins (http://www.2dolphins.com/) domain turns 5 years old this month!
