Okay, I'll admit to being an idiot. I see a lot of people blogging or posting about Digg, yet I've never been able to figure out what it is or how it works. Can somebody give me a Digg 101 lesson?

Well I am probably not the best person to answer this. As I have never actually used Digg for anything but reading stuff. Basically you/someone submits an article, post, page they liked, then it appears on the Digg site where other Digg readers can see it, after they have read it, they vote on it. The more votes the higher the Dugg article rises on the list. The higher on the list it goes the more visible the link is to users. The goal is to get on the front page so the maximum number of people see the link to the article.

Thanks, that's helpful.
But how does one submit a site to Digg? One of my readers asked me about that the other day, and I was completely clueless to tell him/her...
