I'm trying to test three right now.
Analytics, PMetrics, and StatCounter.
Anyone else using three at once? What are you using?

I've got awstats for serverside (but that doesn't affect my site) and I have GA and w3counter scripts that run when someone views the page.

I was actively using Branica, pMetrics, and Reinvigorate, but I removed the Branica code recently, because I realized I didn't really need it. I also check my FeedBurner stats a few times a day, but tend to ignore TypePad's built-in stats, because they don't really tell me anything.
I can't get Google Analytics to work. At all.

w3counter looks nice but I don't like how their free version isn't invisible on the site. I don't really want a hit counter or anything on my site. Are you using the free or paid?

Are you just not getting any stats? It should be fairly straight forward to set up. Maybe we can help?

Oh, I'm using the paid version. I figured i could try it for $5 and if I didn't like it I would cancel. But after one month I liked it and actually upgraded my account!

This is one of the ways in which WordPress is better then TypePad Basic. There's no way to directly mess with the HTML. I followed Ed Batista's advice (http://www.edbatista.com/2006/02/google_analytic.html), but no, I didn't get any stats. The other thing I did was to get PO'ed and remove the code. That last bit probably didn't help, though...

I use W3Counter of course. When I want to track specific links, I throw an AdWatcher tracking URL up instead of a direct link.

For personal use, I'm running Google Analytics and W3Counter. For business, I'm using GA, DeepMetrix, and my own tracking system.

I use Google Analytics as my primary source of traffic info. In addition, I monitor the stats provided by AddThis.com (I use their social bookmarking and rss feed subscription buttons). I also take a look at the dailies on MyBlogLog.
