Alternatives to Text Link Ads?

Does anyone know of any good alternatives? or had personal experience with other similar services?

This is the only type I worked with and am am awfully excited about the results. I am able to make in one month more than in half an year on adsense. The good thing is that I have many sites and some are qualified in the project. And little by little I sell links .. not many. but enough to think about a new forum script or other investments

I've heard of some people simply selling the text links themselves rather than going through a broker (is that the right word?) like text link ads.

It's a little more difficult as you've got to find the advertisers yourself rather than letting TLA do the work, but you also get to keep 100% of the profit.

Yeah, i think they usually come to you. I have had a couple people come to me, but I never considered it.
