inline/contextual ad networks?

i'm looking for a place to do some inline ads for me, does anyone have any recommendations? there are just way too many out there for me to tread through and see which is good plus most of them make you sign up before you can do anything since you have to get their code to put in. any help is appreciated:)

Kontera's the best I guess, but I've never used them. Don't really know what to expect from them to be honest.
