It looks like Google is beginning to update PR right now, personally i don't really care much about this PR craze HOWEVER most if not all ad publishers like TLA, Review ME and such will only accept your blog if it's a PR3 and above and you stand to make more money with a higher PageRank...

So, what is your PR?

I'm fairly dissapointed with mine as most of my blogs are stuck at PR4 :(

Back up to 5... believe this is where it was in 2004 before temporarily abandoning it, domain and all. It was a 3 or 4 when I started up again a few months ago.

I build links every day, but can't seem to get past PR7 on any site. Past 800,000 links to W3Counter now...

I have one that is 6 and i hope it goes up to 7 with the update but am doubtful. Another blog is 4, and another 3.

PR7 is kinda like the Holy Grail of PR, once your at 6 it's just almost impossible to get a 7..i just don't know why that is.

PR4 for now. It should jump on 5 with this update, but you never can tell.

I'm not a big fan of PR anymore - I care more about subscribers than anything else these days. So if you want to help a brother out and subscribe (http://feeds.feedburner.com/search-this) that would be great :)

One thing about PR that I find interesting now is that by using the Google Webmaster Tools and viewing the Statistics tab it shows "PageRank not yet assigned" and my bar is 3/4 full! -- interesting....

I don't think it's actually happened yet. I'm noticing no change across 3 sites.

Still hanging in at 5, and really hoping for a bump to 6. All I care about it for is so I can charge advertisers more.

Exactly, that's why PR is important for those that blog + income.

One is a PR 5 and the other is a PR 3, this is for the main page, I have seen some subpages with higher PR than the front.

I have a sexy 0 too. But before the evil witch sold the domain, it was a PR3 within 3 months but now since I'm starting all over again in my new domain... it's a 0... Tada~

My PR is a meager 0.
In the world of blogging, PR is important if you are planning on selling links in your blog.

The PR update hasn't started yet has it? Should be soon though.

I've seen a few reports of people noticing some datacenters dropping them to 0 and constant fluctuations, so I think it has. It was predicted to start the very end of July or early August, so it is probably just getting going.

My Pagerank has been hovering at 4 for quite some time now - can't quite seem to get it to budge. Btw, I'm using Xinu (http://xinureturns.com/) to check my PR. Is there a better alternative?

I'm at a 0 right now. Just started the blog a little over three months ago. I'm hoping to at least get some kind of PR this time around. I doubt it will be anything drastic like a 4 but maybe a 3. I used to have a site (no longer online) that was a 2 and received almost no traffic and I seriously doubt anyone linked to it, so going by that, I have high hopes for my current site's PR when it's released.

I read a lot where people talk about PR and how it really doesn't matter. Seems to me that it does matter, a lot actually. If you're trying to make some sort of income from your current site, it's hard to do it with no PR or a low PR. Like you said...a lot of ad networks won't accept you without a decent page rank. So, if you just blog for fun then yes, it really makes no difference, but if you plan on having some sort of income, I would say it makes a big difference.

It couldn't come up with a number on mine. I wonder if it's possible to have a negative PR :) ?

Dan Grossman

No; all pages must start with some amount of PageRank, and the change in value must be monotonically positive to solve the set of equations. :)

PR3 so far .. hope after some more work I'll increase it. I also want to put it into TLA among other sites of mine that fare better

4 and 5 with absolutely zero effort. Hell, the PR5 has basically been abandoned for over a year, and the 4 is pretty close to that too. SEO is soooo hard :p

I am still listed as "unranked." I recently moved from Blogger to Wordpress.com

Anybody know when that might change?

In the meantime, I love new visitors and comments (http://4clubbs.wordpress.com).

I wish they would go ahead and do it or something. It's like waiting for Christmas as a kid! :)

At the very least I think it would be nice to tell people when the update will be.

The "next" update I think is a few days away or so I'm hoping. August 22nd is 122 days since last which would tie the longest time ever sincee the last update. Why I went to the trouble to find this... I"ll never know guys! :D

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for. iwebtool predicts a 5 for me, but I know that's not reliable at all, but still fun to hope. :)

As of today, there still has not been a Toolbar PR export. My Page Rank is a five on my blog. I would like to at some point move to a six.

There has been no word when an update is happening. Everyone is wondering the same thing and everyone is guessing. It will happen when it happens.

I'm currently at a PR7. I highly doubt I'll make it to 8 within the next year. Not unless I start blogging more frequently.

Im at 0 for my blogs because I just started them a few weeks before the last update and its really annoying that they have yet to update. Even though I have thousands of backlinks, I am stuck at pr 0 and its hard to sell links at pr 0.
