Is Video logging considered to be blogging? Okay. I'm confused now.

Yes it is, vLog can be defined as video blogging OR video logging. You just need to record yourself talking and post it up online. Same as blog, you write and people read. For vLog, you talk, you act and people watch! :D Hope that enlightened ya!
