I have over 25 posts and I can't download any of the themes why is that?

Probably due to the cron job (I believe that's it anyway) not updating yet. Since it's been about 24 hours, have you given it another try?

Yes, Dan might be right about that. Also, try logging out and logging back in and let me know if that works.
