Your blog appears to be killing my browser - it slowed to a halt and eventually crashed after a short period of time on the page. This doesn't happen on other sites, but has each of the 3 times I've now visited yours (firefox 2.0.0.11, javascript enabled).
I'm not saying this is your fault, but you might want to watch out in case it's happening to other people too.

As for the site, from what I could see for the brief time I was there - your content is interesting. Your English seems pretty good and you have a unique and enthusiastic style. Might want to cut back on the exclamation marks though!!!

The banner at the top of your page looks cool, but takes up far too much space. I had to scroll down a long way just to find your content.

Your sidebar is really cluttered. Maybe try cutting back to only the bear essentials, rather than covering it in banners.

As Hazel said, the banner is a bit big. I also don't like how your blog name is written on the banner, it seems like the name should be bigger and easier to see.

The side bar does seem too cluttered to be of use. I think a more simpler approach would be more successful.

Content is somewhat interesting, but some seems a little cluttered. Also remember to include sources if you obtain material directly from one site.
