.... I love it! I have seen them hundreds of times each and I still can't get enough of them. Watching Darth Vader be the baddest dude in the universe is just always cool. :)

Hard to believe. You should check them out. I have seen the original 3 quite a few times. They are awesome, espeially Return of the Jedi (all 3 are good though) The second 3, I saw only once in the theatres when they we're released and did not really care for any of them.

I've actually never seen any of the star wars movies, ever :eek:If nothing else at least see A new Hope and The Empire Strikes Back. And if you can only see one make it The Empire Strikes back. All by itself, even without the Star Wars mystique, it really is a great movie.

The original three definitely blow away the newer three. But I have to say Revenge of the Sith was very good. Thank goodness, too, because if it sucked I might have fallen on my light saber to put myself out of my misery. ;)

My son was all into star wars for the longest time, he has all the movies and used to have this gigantic Lego Yoda. I think Yoda is my favorite out of all the characters in star wars as well.

I grew up in a small town that didn't have a movie theater, and I remember when I was a teenager, my sister took me to a town about twenty miles away to see Star Wars. It was one of the first movies I'd ever seen on the big screen, and I thought it was absolutely amazing. The special effects seem pretty tame now, but at the time they were state of the art, and I was just blown away by the action, adventure, and pure joy of the whole experience. It made me a movie lover for life.

I would say the special effects are still really cool. Star wars is definitely one of a kind. My 6-year old watches the series and he doesnt notice any difference between that current movies.

I tried watching a star wars movie and after 5 minutes I turned it off. I'm not a huge fantasy fan, but I do love Harry Potter and that's about it. LOL.

Yes, I to love all the Star Wars movies and now my son's are into them also. But that is one thing that I don't care for on HBO they tend to overly play the same movies over and over.
