New Blog Online - Opinions please!

My new design is now online and I would greatly appreciate any critiques. Sara, if the offer is still open to take a look in BrowserCam, I would appreciate that too ;)

Currently, I am aware of the sIFR headings being replace in IE6 but the replacement will have to do for that, if browsers I have never heard of are perfectly capable of doing it then I'm not going to alter that any more of a broken browser xD

I like it overall Dave. I think you should make your name clickable which takes you back to your home page and since you have a contact page, you might as well add a contact form to that bad boy.

I vote for contact form as well. While you might be right that people like to use email address more, there are still ones that prefer forms. And tbh, I like to see contact page with more than one option.

I like the design as well. Maybe it's too dark for my taste, but it's well composed.

contact form is better than shoutboxes because it is spam-proof and pageload friendly

For the most part I really like the look. I'm a big fan of blocks of solid color like you have. Visually, the biggest suggestion I could give you is to give it a little more contrast. Although I REALLY like dark designs, this is a little too dark for me.
