[CONTEST] I Have $25 For the Person Who Can Design Me a 125x125 Ad

I'm looking to create a 125x125 pixel ad unit to represent my blog at Generation X Finance (http://genxfinance.com) This needs to be a static image ad, not animated. It doesn't have to reflect my site's color scheme or logo or anything, I just need an attractive ad that would hopefully generate a few clicks.

The only requirements are that it should include the title: Generation X Finance and the tagline: Helping you achieve financial independence.

Basically I want to kind of do this like the sitepoint contests, where everyone can just post their design here in this thread. As the posts come in, I'll chime in on what I think looks good, or what I'd like to see and everyone can post revisions, etc.

I'll choose a final design by 9pm EST on Saturday, January 12th. Upon choosing the winner, I have $25 paypal or google checkout dollars with your name on it. Even if your design isn't chosen, it should provide a nice gallery of people's work and abilities, which may come in handy because I have some friends who would likely also want some sort of graphic/ad design, so I can refer them here.

What format would you need the ad in? Is a PSD fine or are you looking for an Illustrator file or similar?

I would presume a PSD with maybe GIF/JPG/PNG attached in case you don't have Photoshop would suffice but it's always best to check beforehand ;)

Wow that was a fast response. Ok, Deron, I really like the first one. Very clean. Ben, I like your last one as well, but the font doesn't jive. And the green is too pale, it needs more boldness. If it could stand out more, that would be great. I haven't decided on whether or not rounded corners are good or not, so I can't comment on that yet.

Also, I have photoshop and illustrator, so whatever format you design in would be fine with me, no need to convert to jpg or png or anything.
