I'v recently seen some blogs running a block with multiple small 125x125 pixel banners for advertising. Usually those are high traffic blogs like problogger and techcrunch. I'm wondering if there is any ad network which accepts lower traffic blogs and offers this banner format. Do you know of any?

I don't know if they belong to an ad network but instead if they got the advertisers themselves. That is most likely where I am heading with TBE here as I tried adsense which made a few cents in a month. Right now I am just leaving the TLA banner up there as it's kind of a placeholder.

I have never seen the images in relation to an ad network. A lot of people create their own graphics and then put affiliate links in there.

Hmm thought so :/ Chances to attract advertisers yourself for a smaller blog aren't so great I'd think.

I have this bit of space where none of the usual ad banners would fit but a 125x125 image would be perfect. Maybe I should try the affiliate idea, though I prefer CPV or CPC ovr CPA...

For now I would try the affiliate with a link to send you an email if they want to advertise.

No, I never heard of them before. Their concept reminds me of blogrush. I wonder if they perform better. I think I will try them. Thanks for the tip.

Those sites your talking about might be using an ad rotator.
