There are old posts on my blog that I could definitely recycle and update with a fresh perspective. Have you ever thought of recycling an old post?

Hmmm. Yes and no. I haven't really thought "oh, that was a cool post, I should revisit, update, and post a fresher version".......but there are things that have come up that spark a memory of the old post and I'll definitely link back to/mention it (and I may or may not repeat a snippet of the content). Not really the same thing, but the closest thing I've really considered. Maybe it's something I should think about a bit more...

I recycled one post, instead of moving it from one platform to another. But I don't have many readers, and two members of that meager audience have been around through three years and several platform changes. Recycling doesn't seem like a good idea, given those circumstances.

i havent tried it but if ever i encounter those situations, i will try to divert my "recycled" post in a different angle say for instance i already posted about Dark Chocolate and its benefits, if i recycled it i will add about its early beggingings and other people's thoughts about Dark Chocolate as simple as that

Ive recycled posts on my blogs where they weren't "time" relevant. If its something good and your permalinks aren't based on dates, Id say there is nothing wrong with it especially if you dont' get many readers anyways.

Being a woman, I reserve the right to change my mind. If my viewpoint changes, I would certainly at least cite the old post that contained an opposing view. I think this goes to the next topic... putting two different "spins" on the same topic.
