I have completely redesigned my website theme and I am looking for some suggestions for it. I am pretty happy with my header, but I think the colors could use maybe a little help. Also any ideas for side bar information would be great.

Check it out at Tetsujin's Blog (http://tetsujin.metamudcreations.com)

I don't like the scroll bar in your posts with screen shots. You've got to go all the way down to the bottom of the article to read the rest of the sentence then back up and down ... why not make the content width wide enough for the image?

Telling me I'm using IE and suggesting I upgrade to FF is a bit pointless as I prefer IE. Why not make your site IE friendly rather than sugesting upgrade, which it is not in my opinion.

Sorry to be harsh but it's not user friendly

Oops, didn't know there were scroll bar issues, I will fix that here quickly. And the IE upgrade joke thing is a little bit of a jab at those people that block firefox because of the adblock program.

I didn't have any issues with your images. Then again, I'm on a wide screen and your blog fills 3/4 of my screen...'and' I'm using Firefox, so it likely has something to do with those. I adore Firefox, but I agree that you've gotta make it user friendly across the board, so if you don't have IE installed on your comp, grab it now (or get the Firefox add-on that lets you view an IE tab in your FF window), so you can check out what it looks like there, too.

The only thing that really stands out to me is your subtitle. I've been trained to keep titles/mottos/slogans/etc active and snappy, so I'm biased here. "Where I get my Geek on" just seems more dull/less active and wordier when it could be something more like "Gettin' my Geek on". And is there a reason for the second line being several spaces to the left of the main title or was that part of the template? Your header itself is cute, though, hehe.

You asked about side bar information...is there something specific you're looking for or did you just want 'more'? I think there's plenty there now and you don't really need to add to it unless you find something you really want to put there.

Overall it looks ok to me on firefox, I do have a question for you though! For your category listing, each category has a link, what made you also include a checkbox?

I like your idea for the subtitle, thank you very much :) And I will work on that weird spacing issue, I noticed that just recently. Also, glad you like my cool vomit dude.

That is actually part of the blog system that I forgot to turn off, it lets you view multiple categories at once, but I should change that, Thank you! :)

Edit: Everything mentioned has been resolved. And it actually looks completely the same for IE users compared to FF users Other than A little top bar comes down and says that you should probably upgrade to firefox ^_^
