Why did you remove "join the conversation" from the forum heading? (where it now says just TBE Blog Forum). I miss it. :(

I think it was very indicative of the hospitality members find here.

I noticed that had shortened down. I think it's better this way as the forum navigation looks a lot neater :)

I'm putting it in the logo instead. And I do love the slogan and feel it is very befitting of our community, but it was on every page and not very indicative of the content. I also tried to shorten the title down obviously (some of them got so long with the thread title, title of the community, and then "Join the conversation").

Well you should have run it by us first. I think you should have put an exclamation point at the end. Seems friendlier and more inviting. :p
