Design Goals: relaxed, easy-going, yet fresh

Audience: people who question everything, spiritual minded, appreciate creative writing, who think about diversity, identity, and all the -isms

Other: I just like to write... and I think so much that it's crucial for me to get all these words out of my head and into a blog

I like the colors of your blog. It is easy-going and fresh.

The only thing I've noticed is that list of categories is way too down, just above the footer. I presume you wanted them in the sidebar.

Have you considered getting your own domain for it?

Aside from the categories Jelena mentioned, it all looks nice to me. I looked at your bio and it seems like you are trying to be anonymous. If that's not the case I would recommend adding more info about yourself as while your message is personal, there is no way for the readers to connect with you, the writer.

Good overall design, but I would add more headings to break your text into smaller bites. Also keep your paragraphs to two or three sentences. Although it sometimes isn't writing by the book to do it that way, it is the readers read on the Internet.
